My most successful project was my participation in the making of the cougar. I really enjoyed how the face turned out and everyone turned out loving it so it got displayed in the trophy case. If I could improve one of my projects it would be the paper clip Elvis. I don't like how messy it looked and there really wasn't much definition to the face. Next time I would layer the paper clips in a different direction and/or bend them into different shapes to fit the face better. The two different pieces of art show something new I'd never done before. Which was use watercolor pencils and paint with my left hand. I liked how both projects turned out even though I was using completely different substances and materials. I think an interesting new unit to try would be blindfold art. Which would be creating art using a substance of preference. I got this idea from the blind portraits we made when walking around blindfolded. It was a very fun experience for most. This would also be very educationial by heightening other senses such as touch and even the sound of the direction in which you would be drawing/sketching, painting, or sculpting.
